How we handle your information

Last updated: 26 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Kashkul ("we", "us") collects when you visit kashkul.app or join our early-access list, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@kashkul.app.

1. Who we are

Kashkul is an early-stage project. You can reach us at contact@kashkul.app for any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect:

We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address to send you updates about Kashkul — for example, when early access opens, important product news, and the occasional note from us. We aim to send only emails that relate to Kashkul.

The legal basis under GDPR is your consent, which you give when you submit the signup form.

4. Who we share it with

We use a few services to run this site:

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for tracking across other sites.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site does not set any tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tool on this landing page. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first if required.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your email address while you are subscribed, or until the project is no longer active. You can ask us to delete it at any time. We will act on deletion requests as soon as we reasonably can, normally within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To use any of these rights, just email contact@kashkul.app. No special form is needed.

8. Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Our marketing and update emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at contact@kashkul.app to ask us to remove you from the list.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including the providers we use to handle it. No system on the internet can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us their email, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Our service providers (Vercel, Resend, Google) may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required by law, these transfers rely on standard safeguards offered by those providers.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email when reasonable. Please review this page from time to time.

If you have any question about this policy, please email contact@kashkul.app.
